Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window (7 Days Policy)

You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of package delivery.

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.

2. Refund Processing Procedure

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse:

Online Payments (PayFast / Card / Wallet): Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued via Direct Bank Transfer or Mobile Wallet (EasyPaisa/JazzCash).

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please notify our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos/videos for an immediate replacement or full refund without extra shipping fees.
